The Department of Immigration, situated in Kalikasthan, Dillibazar, Kathmandu, is the authorized entity responsible for issuing these permits. It’s important to note that trekking permits are exclusively issued to groups, and individual trekkers are not eligible for this permit. “Thank you so much for putting together this detailed breakdown! Planning a trek in Nepal can feel a bit overwhelming with all the different regional permits, but having the exact costs for places like Manaslu and Upper Mustang all in one place makes it so much easier to budget. This is incredibly helpful for my upcoming trip planning!”
